What Is It?

Overuse injuries make up more than 80% of all running-related injuries, and are very hard to detect without help.

This is where Spree 1.0 comes in. It helps you ensuring longevity in your running, by aiding your decisions on when to take breaks, and notifying you when your risk of injury increases.

After your runs, you can tell Spree if you've felt pain in either leg, by rotating the dial. Spree takes this data, and compares it to tracking information on how hard and how often you've been running, as well as detecting slight limping in your cadence.

It then tells you whether you should take a break, or whether you can push yourself more!

In the Spree App, you can learn more about your current condition and performance level, and see your data in detail.
